At each scheduled Fernelius Auto Care Service, present your Fernelius Auto Care coverage service card to your Fernelius Family Dealership’s service representative. Then, your trained technician will be aware of all of the maintenance and inspections that will be performed.

At each Scheduled Maintenance appointment, the following will be performed:

  • Oil and Filter Change
  • Multi-Point Inspection
  • Fluids inspected and replenished
  • Visual Inspection

The multi-point inspection of critical components in your vehicle can help you save money by identifying potential problems, such as excessive wear. Early detection can reduce the possibility of a part failure.

24-Hour Roadside Services to include:

  • Lockout Protection

  • Flat Tire Change

  • Jump Starts

  • Emergency Fuel Delivery (Up to 3 Gallons of Gas)

  • Towing for Mechanical Breakdown and Collision Recovery

Timed Reminders

Approximately 30 days prior to your scheduled service, you will receive a service reminder based on your individual driving characteristics.

Computerized Service History

At the end of the plan term, you will receive a detailed Computerized Service History of the covered maintenance performed on your vehicle.

Extend Your Benefits

Several long-term maintenance plans are available for purchase and, if financed, can be conveniently included in your monthly payment (subject to credit approval).

  • 2 yr/ 22,500 miles

  • 3 yr/ 52,500 miles

  • 4 yr/ 75,500 miles

**Additional services may be recommended by your servicing dealer. These additional services are not covered by your agreement and are your responsibility.
**The use of a synthetic grade engine oil may be indicated for your vehicle. Synthetic oil and filter changes may be required less often. Consult your vehicle’s scheduled maintenance guide for factory-recommended oil grade and service intervals. 2005 model year and later pre-owned vehicles are not eligible for 7,500 mile interval plans, except all FR-S/Toyota 86 and iA models are eligible.
** Roadside assistance is provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin and Wyoming, where services are provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club of California Inc. Lockout Protection does not include the cost of key replacement. Emergency Fuel Delivery includes up to 3 gallons of gasoline at no charge. Towing will be provided to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased/leased or to an alternate dealership if the customer chooses. Maximum towing distance is 200 miles. Customer is responsible for towing cost beyond that distance.

The Introductory Prepaid Maintenance Plan included in the vehicle price can be cancelled (see agreement terms) but not refundable.
